                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CONDITIONS FROM ORDINANCE NO. 9264 ON
                   A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1108 WEST 33RD
                   STREET, BEING OFF THE SOUTHWEST LINE OF WEST
                   33RD STREET NORTHWEST OF TARLTON AVENUE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove conditions from Ordinance No. 9264 on:
               
                A tract of land located at 1108 West 33rd Street,
                being off the southwest line of West 33rd Street
                northwest of Tarlton Avenue.  Part of an unplatted
                tract, being all of the property described in deed
                book 3295, page 669, ROHC, and the adjoining
                southeast 25 feet of Long Street (abandoned by City
                of Chattanooga Ordinance No. 8777), with the
                exception of the northeast, or front, 300 feet of
                said tract and part of street.  Tax Map No.
                155K-A-2 (part).

              	   SECTION 2.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this
         Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Subject to maintaining sight-obscuring screen along 
the
                   east property line.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
              	  
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
